This notice explains how Adam Fixter Coaching uses and protects your personal information when you apply for, book or receive coaching.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Adam Fixter is a sole trader trading as Adam Fixter Coaching and is the controller of your personal information.

Email: adamfixterpt@gmail.com
Business address: Adam Fixter, Unit 166999, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH, UK.

2. Information we collect

3. How and why we use it

4. Our lawful bases

We use information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform our contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as administering and protecting the business. Where we process health information, we will obtain your explicit consent unless another lawful condition applies. You may withdraw consent, but this does not affect earlier lawful processing and may mean we cannot safely provide personalised coaching.

5. Who receives information?

Information is shared only where needed with service providers used to run the business and deliver coaching, which may include Google Workspace and Sheets, Jotform, Calendly, Stripe, YouTube/Google and the selected coaching platform. It may also be shared with professional advisers, authorities or insurers where reasonably necessary or required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's applicable safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or uncompleted application records are normally kept for up to 12 months. Client, contract, payment and core coaching records are normally kept for up to six years after coaching ends where needed for tax, contractual or legal purposes. Information may be deleted sooner where it is no longer needed, or retained longer where the law or a live dispute requires it.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Email adamfixterpt@gmail.com to make a request.

9. Complaints

Please contact Adam first so the concern can be addressed. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

10. Changes

This notice may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will appear on this page with its effective date.
